List of activities: sailing, kayaking, canoeing, clay pigeon shooting, air rifles, archery, zorbing, orienteering, team tasks. These activities can be combined into a half day, full day or multi day program and can be designed for small of large groups - Team Building Programs
We aim to help your group work towards the same goal. Using skills they may not have used for a while - bring you back to your childhood perhaps. We hope by the end of their experience with us that communication between the groups has improved and that teammates have a better understanding of each other's needs and views. We have found that after a day with us the group have a better working environment and a refreshed drive towards their job and most of all a much happier, refreshed staff !- Company Challenge
Here teams from different companies compete in a number of tasks and challenges. This can be run like the Inter-company Challenge (shown below). Activities are aimed at improving people's teamwork, leadership and communication skills in a fun atmosphere over a variety simple team challenges. - Inter-company Challenge
Each department completes the company challenge on a different day and a winner will be decided each day. At the end of the entire programme an ultimate “champion” team will be announced. This allows each department to feel connected to the rest of the company while still relating to their immediate work mates - The Traditional Challenge
Designed using some of the older Irish games, each team will have to complete a number set games including hurling, Hay day, Turf toss, Gaelic football and more. This challenge will test people at their abilities to play the well known native sports as well introducing them to the lesser known traditional sports. - The Da Vinci Code
Just like Robert Langdon in the famous book, teams will work their way through a series of puzzles and codes to reach the prize. From fun and easy brainteasers to more challenging mental tasks, people of all abilities will want to get involved to help their team crack the code. First team to successfully crack the code will be the winners. - The Cherokee Challenge
This challenge will give you a taste of what it was like to be a native Indian. Each team of 6 will take part in a task; each task will allow them to gain some vital equipment. Such tasks as Canadian canoeing, Shotgun and Archery will test teams at some of the more subtle skills of Native American Indians. - Picture Treasure Hunt
Armed only with a camera and some clues teams will be in the race for time to figure out vital clues and find locations. A real test of creative thinking, navigation and teamwork, this unusual treasure hunt to sure to get you scratching your head and asking questions. This treasure hunt can be as long or short as you like it, ranging from a full day to as short as an hour. - The Country Challenge
Get a taste of country life while competing with your team mates in Clay Pigeon Shooting and Falconry. Find the marksman or markswoman in yourself, be careful though, these challenges are highly addictive and competitiveness is encouraged. - In Door Team Building
The Irish weather is not always as reliable as we would like and therefore we can offer groups the option of running their team building event indoors. We can tailor make a program to be run in one of our function or meeting rooms. This can be discussed with the group and the program designed to suit their needs. As with all our programs we would need to know numbers and needs in advance.
